Our team of postpartum professionals are ready to support you & help you have the dreamiest 4th Trimester possible!
Hands-down, our most popular and sought-after service, overnight Postpartum Doula support (also known as “Night Nanny” services) is what dreams are made of. With Overnight Postpartum Doula Support, you will be the most rested mom on the block. You will be able to tuck yourself into bed knowing that your baby is being cared for by the best in Kansas City.
Think of it as hiring an event planner. But instead of planning for a fancy party or wedding, we are helping you plan and prepare for a life-changing experience and journey - becoming and being a parent!
What can you expect from overnight support?
Sleep. So much sleep!
If nobody has told you this yet, newborns have to be fed every 2-3 hours at minimum for the first few weeks of their life. When you get up in the night to feed your baby, not only is there feeding involved, but changing of diapers, burping and getting them back to sleep so you can too - and then, before you know it, it’s time to do it aaaaaalll over again! This means your windows of sleep are very short!
With Overnight Doula Support, if you are a breastfeeding mom, your baby will be brought to you for their feedings & you can go right back to sleep! If you are not breastfeeding, you can just sleep on, mama! Everything else will be taken care of for you. Our main goal for overnight support is to help you get as much sleep as possible, so you can parent & human during the day.
What else do we do?
You thought you’d “just” be getting sleep… Of course there’s more! As mentioned, the goal is to help you get sleep so you can be rested for your day, but there are a few perks along the way.
