What does 200 hrs look like?
4 nights/week for 2 weeks - 80 hrs

Services are invoiced weekly as services are rendered, with the retainer being applied to the last week of services.
Sleep Regression Support
Overnight Sleep Regression Support
Have a Night Nanny/Postpartum Doula come and relieve you of overnight duty for a bit so you can catch up on some much-needed sleep!

Comprehensive Sleep Coaching Consult + Sleep Plan
Meet with one of our affiliated Sleep Consultants to talk through your individual needs & struggles. She will then customize a Sleep Plan just for you & be available to you for the following 3 months for any troubleshooting issues along the way!

Combine both options so you can not only feel rested, but also get the professional support so you can face any sleep regression with confidence!
